First Step Food Pantry is dedicated to fighting food insecurity in Long Branch, NJ, by providing essential food assistance to families in need. Each month, we serve approximately 150 families by offering emergency food packages that provide enough nourishment for 6-8 meals for a family of four. Our aim is to deliver healthy and sustainable food options that ensure the community's nutritional needs are met. Every Friday, we invite families to our pantry where they can receive a carefully curated bag of fresh produce, eggs, meats or fish, along with non-perishable items to help create nutritious meals. Food packages are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, with ticket distribution beginning at 11:30 AM. We believe everyone deserves access to wholesome food, and we are here to support our community with care and compassion.
