MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Long Branch, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored referrals to a variety of treatment options that align with individual needs and preferences. We offer an array of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that brings guidance directly to your home. For those who prefer self-management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require additional assistance after participating in the program.
