Prospective patients are welcomed into a thorough eligibility process and undergo comprehensive initial screenings, including blood work, urinalysis, and vital signs assessments. This ensures a complete understanding of their health needs, guided by a primary care physician who offers personalized physical examinations and follow-up care. Our services include sick visits, nutrition coaching, chronic disease management, and specialized programs such as women's health and diabetes education.
