The A-Team at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Matawan, NJ, is dedicated to providing comprehensive, cutting-edge care for individuals affected by HIV and AIDS. Our mission is to empower patients by offering crucial education and support, enabling them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. We provide a range of vital services, including free and confidential pre- and post-HIV counseling, care for newly diagnosed and asymptomatic patients, medication and disease management, as well as family care management services. In addition, we facilitate access to low-cost prescription programs, drug trials, and referrals to both medical and community-based resources. Our clinic also offers nutrition counseling, on-site gynecological services, dental care, mental health support, and transportation for medical appointments. Walk-in HIV testing is available, ensuring convenient access to vital health services. We are proud to receive support from the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, reinforcing our commitment to the well-being of our community.
