Located in Matawan, NJ, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. We facilitate live, virtual group meals aimed at creating a compassionate and supportive environment where participants can comfortably consume nutrition while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants can easily find a time that fits their schedule. Our program emphasizes community and care, helping those in recovery reclaim the joy of eating alongside others who understand their journey.
