MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Monroe Township, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities undergoes annual obesity screenings, connecting them with tailored weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer an array of supportive options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! which provides in-home guidance and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and we also offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after trying MOVE!.
