Located in Montclair, NJ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to offering essential food assistance and resources to low-income individuals living with dysphagia. We understand the unique challenges faced by those in need of modified diets, and therefore, we provide access to specialized items including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients by ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary to manage their dietary needs with dignity and care.
