Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Montclair, NJ, is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible for support through Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our program prioritizes the nutritional needs of our clients, offering meals crafted by a Registered Dietitian to ensure optimal health and wellbeing for various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We cater to dietary restrictions, with meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible through Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, we facilitate meal delivery based on specific program regulations, while beneficiaries of certain Medicare Advantage plans can also access our meals as part of their care support. Additionally, we welcome self-pay individuals seeking the convenience of meal delivery for just $7.75 per meal.
