Located in Morristown, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors who are at risk of needing nursing facility care by providing critical in-home services. Our comprehensive range of offerings is designed to enhance the support provided by family members, friends, and neighbors. JACC helps ease the burden of caregiving by providing respite care, home health aide services, and environmental accessibility adaptations to make homes safer. We also offer personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meal services, social adult day care, and adult day health services.
