Cancer Thriving and Surviving (CTS) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Mount Laurel, NJ, who have completed cancer treatments, as well as their caregivers, through supportive workshops. Over six weeks, participants engage in two and a half hours of focused sessions aimed at enhancing their quality of life after cancer. The workshops cover essential topics such as managing frustration, fatigue, and pain; improving flexibility and endurance; navigating treatment options and complementary therapies; effective communication with loved ones and healthcare providers; and making informed nutritional choices. With a warm and welcoming environment, CTS fosters a community of resilience, understanding, and hope as participants learn to prioritize their well-being in the journey of recovery.
