Based in Neptune, NJ, the Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free educational journey lasting 12 months. Our program offers valuable resources, including six informative e-booklets tailored to guide participants in managing their condition, as well as a monthly e-newsletter featuring seasonal tips and local community events available in both English and Spanish. Additionally, enrollees can participate in our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A sessions with ADA professionals, where they can pose questions about diabetes management and learn important connections between diabetes and heart health. We believe in empowering our participants to thrive by providing the tools and knowledge necessary for effective diabetes management.
