At the A-Team, located at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to empower patients to lead healthier, fuller lives through a wide range of services, including free and confidential pre- and post-HIV counseling, medication management, and support for both newly infected and asymptomatic individuals. We offer family care management, referrals to medical and community-based services, nutrition counseling, and access to on-site gynecological and dental care. Additionally, we provide mental health support and transportation assistance for medical appointments. Our clinic also facilitates participation in drug trials and low-cost prescription programs to ensure our patients receive the best possible care. With walk-in HIV testing available, we prioritize accessibility and support for every member of our community, fulfilling our commitment to health equity through the support of the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program.
