Located in Newark, NJ, the Adult Medicine Program at NCHC is dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of adult medical services for individuals and families, ensuring that all patients receive the care they need in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team of experienced doctors coordinates patient care effectively, offering physical exams—including pre-employment screenings—high blood pressure screenings, and treatment for both acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes and hepatitis B and C. We also provide vital services like HIV/AIDS testing, nutrition and weight management, and wellness and prevention education. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are committed to making healthcare accessible by offering a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients, and no individual will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
