New Jersey WIC in Newark is dedicated to improving the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with their children from birth to five years old. Our program offers vital resources including nutritious food assistance, nutrition education, and counseling tailored to support healthy habits. We also provide breastfeeding support, immunization screenings, and referrals for free or low-cost healthcare and essential social services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we invite new participants to reach out to their local WIC clinic to easily apply for our supportive services.
