Food & Basic Assistance is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to individuals and families in need throughout North Bergen, NJ. Our organization understands the urgency of food insecurity, offering a variety of services including weekly Client Choice Walk-In Food Pantries stocked with refrigerated, frozen, and non-perishable items to meet diverse needs. For those who may be unable to visit us in person, we provide a weekly Virtual Food Pantry, allowing homebound clients to order food online for delivery. Additionally, we offer mixed produce bags, packaged dinner meals, and supermarket gift cards on a periodic basis, along with essential supplies such as diapers and period products for our registered clients. Special initiatives like our Thanksgiving Distribution Program help ensure that no family goes without during important holidays. We are here to support the community with compassionate and immediate food assistance, making it easy for anyone to access the help they need.
