Located in Nutley, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors who are at risk of having to enter nursing facilities. We offer a comprehensive range of in-home services that enhance the care provided by family, friends, and community members. Our programs include respite care to give caregivers a much-needed break, home health aide support for day-to-day tasks, and necessary environmental accessibility adaptations to improve living conditions. We also facilitate access to personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meals, and social adult day care, ensuring seniors receive the attention and care they need. Additional services such as adult day health programs, special medical equipment and supplies, transportation, and chore assistance help empower seniors to live independently while maintaining their dignity and quality of life.
