At Zufall Health’s Ryan White Program in Nutley, NJ, we are committed to providing comprehensive and culturally sensitive HIV/AIDS services that prioritize the health and well-being of our community. Our mission is to ensure that individuals diagnosed with HIV are swiftly connected to essential care, helping to safeguard their health and reduce potential transmission risks. Our program offers a wide range of free and confidential services, including HIV counseling and testing, early intervention, and access to on-site infectious disease specialists. We also provide individualized medical case management, specialized oral health care, clinical pharmacy services, nutrition counseling, and behavioral health support. Additionally, we assist with transportation services and facilitate outreach and education to empower our community. Care is available to those with no insurance or unable to pay, fully funded by the Ryan White Care Act, while also welcoming patients with Medicaid and private insurance without any co-pays. Together, we strive to promote health equity and support our clients in navigating their health journey.
