Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 in Old Bridge, NJ, who are facing homelessness, unsafe living conditions, or challenging home environments. Our compassionate street outreach program focuses on identifying vulnerable individuals and addressing their immediate needs with warmth and urgency. We provide essential services such as food assistance, clothing, blankets, and access to emergency shelter. Additionally, our outreach counselors offer crisis intervention counseling, transportation to vital services, and comprehensive referrals to healthcare and social service agencies.
