The Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) in Orange, NJ, is dedicated to empowering seniors at risk of nursing home placement by providing comprehensive in-home services that enhance the support they receive from family, friends, and neighbors. Our mission is to ensure that seniors can maintain their independence and quality of life through a range of essential services, including respite care, home health aide assistance, environmental accessibility modifications, personal emergency response systems, and home-delivered meal services. We also offer social adult day care, adult day health services, medical equipment and supplies, transportation, and chore services.
