We assist with transportation and offer outreach and community health education. Additionally, we link clients to essential social services addressing housing, financial concerns, substance use, and legal aid. Supported by the Ryan White Care Act, our program welcomes all patients, including those without insurance, Medicaid, or private insurance, eliminating co-pays and additional fees to ensure equitable access to care.
