Based in Passaic, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors who are at risk of entering nursing facilities by providing a range of vital in-home services. Our compassionate approach ensures that we enhance the care provided by families, friends, and neighbors through services such as respite care, home health aide assistance, and environmental accessibility adaptations. We also offer personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meal services, social adult day care, and adult day health services to cater to diverse needs. Further support through medical equipment, transportation, and chore services reinforces our commitment to empowering seniors to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
