Located in Paterson, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to providing vital in-home services to seniors at risk of needing placement in nursing facilities. Our services include respite care, home health aides, environmental accessibility adaptations, personal emergency response systems (PERS), home-delivered meals, social adult day care, adult day health services, special medical equipment and supplies, transportation, and chore assistance.
