Located in Perth Amboy, NJ, the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), part of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen, is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals facing serious and persistent mental illness. Guided by the principles of Catholic social teaching, we provide compassionate and comprehensive services that emphasize dignity and respect. Our offerings include psychiatric assessment, individual and group counseling, substance abuse counseling, medication management, and crisis intervention. We also support our clients with health education, money management, housing assistance, employment services, recreational activities, legal referrals, and transportation assistance.
