The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Randolph, NJ, is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders in sustainable agriculture and food advocacy. We empower our Fellows through comprehensive training and hands-on experience, equipping them with the knowledge to promote a food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically just. Our Fellowship includes an immersive six-month residency at the beautiful Allegheny Farm, where participants engage in organic food system education and develop practical solutions to enhance community access to healthy foods. During their journey, Fellows collaborate with regional non-profit organizations, implement community gardens, support local farmers markets, and conduct educational sessions aimed at increasing food literacy. We are committed to ensuring that this transformative experience remains accessible, which is why we do not charge tuition. Applications for this impactful program are accepted until March each year, with activities taking place from May through October.
