Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Sicklerville, NJ, who are at risk of being placed in nursing facilities. Our mission is to support community living through a comprehensive suite of in-home services tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. JACC provides essential services such as respite care, homemaker services, home modifications, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meals, social adult day care, adult day health services, and more.
