Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 in Teaneck, NJ, who face homelessness, unsafe living conditions, or acute family challenges. Our compassionate team identifies and assists vulnerable individuals by meeting their essential needs and connecting them with vital community resources. We provide emergency food, clothing, and blankets, while offering access to shelter and crisis intervention counseling. Additionally, we facilitate transportation to crucial services, health care, and social services, alongside education on HIV/AIDS and safe practices. Our outreach also includes support in obtaining vital documents, substance abuse information, and job and housing assistance. With outreach counselors available 24/7 throughout the year, including Spanish-speaking professionals, we are committed to being a reliable lifeline for those in need.
