The Meal Support Program, based in Union City, NJ, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support to individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the challenges of recovery from eating disorders. Our program offers a safe virtual space for outpatient participants to join live group meals, ensuring they receive the nutritional support and community connection essential for healing. With sessions available four times daily, including two group lunches and two dinners, individuals can easily integrate these meals into their schedules. Led by experienced nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, we empower participants along their recovery journey by promoting healthy eating while fostering understanding and support.
