Our mission is to identify and assist vulnerable individuals by meeting their immediate needs and connecting them with critical resources. We offer essential services including food assistance, clothing, blankets, and access to shelter, alongside crisis intervention counseling. Our compassionate outreach counselors provide transportation to necessary services and referrals to healthcare and social service agencies. We also share essential information regarding HIV/AIDS, safe sex, substance abuse education, and help with obtaining important documents.
