The Meal Support Program in Union, NJ is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a nurturing and safe environment through live, facilitated virtual group meals that occur four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions. Participants can join as many meals as they wish, tailored to fit their schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification.
