HealthEASE, located in Voorhees, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and independence of older adults through a comprehensive array of health promotion and disease prevention services. Our mission is to empower seniors to lead healthier lives, regardless of their current health status, by offering programs that target various aspects of health and well-being. We provide eight essential modules including exercise and nutrition, osteoporosis awareness, medication management, cardiovascular self-care, cognitive skills maintenance, fall prevention, and women's health education. Our Move Today program engages seniors in 30-45 minute non-aerobic exercise classes focused on improving flexibility, balance, and stamina. With classes led by trained peer leaders, participants enjoy a supportive environment that encourages personal health assessments and behavior changes, fostering greater independence among older adults in our community.
