Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to providing essential support to youth and young adults aged 13-21 in West New York, NJ, who are facing homelessness or unsafe living conditions. Our compassionate street outreach program identifies vulnerable individuals and addresses their immediate needs by offering emergency food, clothing, and blankets, along with access to shelter. We also provide crisis intervention counseling, transportation to necessary services, and referrals to healthcare and social service agencies. Our team is equipped to share vital information about HIV/AIDS, safe sex practices, and substance abuse education, all while assisting with obtaining important documents and finding stable employment and housing. With outreach counselors available around-the-clock, including Spanish-speaking staff, Street Smart is here 365 days a year to ensure that no young person has to face these challenges alone.
