Located in Westfield, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors at risk of being placed in nursing facilities. We offer a comprehensive range of in-home services that work in harmony with the support provided by family, friends, and neighbors. Our programs include respite care, home health aides, environmental modifications to improve accessibility, personal emergency response systems, nutritious home-delivered meals, social adult day care, adult day health services, special medical equipment and supplies, transportation assistance, and chore services. JACC is committed to ensuring that seniors can live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
