Located in Westfield, NJ, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and over in outpatient care. Our program offers four daily virtual drop-in group meal sessions, designed to create a safe and supportive environment for participants navigating their recovery journeys. Facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, these sessions allow individuals to share a meal while receiving valuable guidance and encouragement. Participants can join any session that fits their schedule, as we understand the importance of flexibility in the recovery process. We are not a crisis support service but focus on fostering a nurturing space for those needing meal support in their recovery.
