We provide nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by registered dietitians, catering to the specific needs of clients with various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals prioritize dietary restrictions, being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We serve beneficiaries of Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, ensuring accessibility through eligibility checks via case managers or local agencies. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, we partner with select PPO plans to offer post-discharge meal support. Additionally, our self-pay program allows individuals to choose from a diverse meal selection at just $7.75 per meal, ensuring everyone can access convenient, health-focused nutrition. Alongside meal delivery, N4L also offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, reinforcing our mission to foster healthier lifestyles for those we serve.
