The Meal Support Program in Alamogordo, NM, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and up who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment where participants can gather safely to share meals and receive guidance. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals have the flexibility to join as their schedules allow. Each meal session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive knowledgeable support.
