Located in Albuquerque, NM, Street Outreach is a dedicated and responsive mobile engagement program designed to support homeless youth under 21. Our mission is to meet the immediate and longer-term needs of these young individuals, helping them recognize their inherent value while addressing trauma with compassion. We provide essential services such as emergency food assistance, personal care and hygiene items, first aid supplies, transportation support, and guidance in finding housing, employment, and educational opportunities. Through our holistic approach, we empower young people to identify their strengths and create their own pathways towards positive community inclusion.
