About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Albuquerque, NM, is dedicated to offering free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. We provide live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a nurturing environment where participants can share a meal with essential nutritional guidance and emotional support. Our sessions occur four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, allowing flexibility to fit within your schedule. Led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our team is committed to ensuring that every participant feels informed and supported throughout their recovery journey. While we focus on meal support, we recognize the importance of professional crisis intervention, and we encourage those in need of immediate help to contact appropriate services.
