At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship located in Algodones, NM, we are dedicated to training and empowering a new generation of advocates for a just and sustainable food system. Our Fellowship offers an immersive, tuition-free program that cultivates organic food system education, ensuring accessibility for all. Participants engage in hands-on experiences at our farm, where they grow and distribute diverse crops while implementing innovative health education initiatives. Our Fellows are encouraged to foster community connections through school gardens, food literacy education, and support for local farmers markets, all designed to increase access to healthy food options. Over six months, they gain practical experience, followed by a Community Action Year where they collaborate with regional non-profits to effect real change. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March each year, beginning their transformative journey in May.
