At UNM Truman Health Services in Alto, NM, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and confidential care tailored to the needs of individuals who are transgender, gender non-conforming, and those living with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis C. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals offers a range of essential services including transgender health and wellness, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, as well as comprehensive HIV testing and prevention strategies. We understand the importance of holistic support, which is why we also provide case management to assist with securing health insurance and financial assistance. We proudly accept Medicare and Medicaid, and offer free rapid HIV testing on select days. Although we currently have a waitlist for transgender health services, all other offerings are accessible to our community, reflecting our commitment to health equity and support for everyone's well-being.
