Our dedicated team of experienced doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists is committed to providing vital services including transgender health and wellness, HIV testing and prevention, and comprehensive Hepatitis C care. We empower our clients through personalized case management, assisting with health insurance and financial resources. With rapid HIV testing available free of charge during designated hours, we strive to remove barriers to access and ensure that all individuals receive the care they need. While there is currently a waitlist for transgender health and wellness services, our other programs remain accessible and focused on supporting your health journey.
