Located in Aztec, NM, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia. We understand the challenges faced by low-income individuals with swallowing difficulties, and we offer vital resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that those in our community have access to the necessary items that support their health and well-being, making daily living more manageable and comfortable.
