The Meal Support Program in Aztec, NM is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at an outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a welcoming and safe environment for participants to share a meal and receive nutritional support. With sessions available four times daily, featuring both lunch and dinner options, individuals can join as many sessions as their schedule allows once approved. Our meal support is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their way to becoming certified nutrition specialists. While we focus on nurturing a supportive community around shared meals, it's important to note that we do not provide crisis intervention services.
