Our skilled team of doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists offer a range of essential services, including transgender health and wellness, HIV testing and prevention, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, as well as ongoing care for HIV. We also provide case management to support your journey toward better health, ensuring access to health insurance and financial assistance when necessary. While rapid HIV testing is free and available during select hours, please note there is currently a waitlist for transgender health and wellness services; however, all other services are readily accessible. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, reflecting our commitment to making healthcare accessible and effective for all who need it.
