The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Bayard, NM, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Participants will receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their journey from diagnosis, alongside a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips, resources, and updates on local community events. Enrollment also grants access to the exclusive 'Ask the Experts' monthly Q&A series, allowing individuals to engage directly with ADA experts about diabetes-related questions, discover the important connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy helpful giveaways that enhance their diabetes management.
