In the heart of Bayard, NM, the Meal Support Program empowers individuals navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery by offering free, accessible meal support informed by the unique needs of this journey. Our virtual drop-in group meals provide a warm, safe space for participants over the age of 16 to connect with each other while consuming nutritious meals. With four daily meal support sessions—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals can easily fit our offerings into their schedules. Each session is facilitated by committed nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on providing supportive meal environments, please note that we do not offer crisis support services; for immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to professional crisis resources.
