Food Distribution in Belen, NM, is dedicated to providing essential USDA food assistance to households on reservations and in nearby designated areas, ensuring that both Native American and non-Native American families have access to the nourishment they need. Our program offers monthly food packages to support individuals and families, complemented by valuable nutrition education to promote healthier eating habits. We are proud to serve communities including Canon, Gilman, Los Chaves, Sile, Sandia Pueblo, San Felipe Pueblo, Santa Ana Pueblo, and Zia Pueblo. To participate, interested individuals must complete an application and household concept form, which can be submitted by mail, in person, or by fax. Please note that these services are not available to those already enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
