Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to providing essential support to cancer survivors in Belen, NM, who are facing financial challenges and have experienced disparities in health care access. Our program distributes six free wellness kits every two months, tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds and underserved rural communities. Each wellness kit may include practical items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources to enhance well-being.
