MOVE! is a dedicated weight management and health promotion program based in Belen, NM, specifically created to enhance the wellbeing of Veterans. Our mission centers on annual screenings for obesity among every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities, ensuring timely referrals to various personalized weight management services. We offer a comprehensive range of care options tailored to the needs and preferences of our Veterans, including group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need further assistance after trying MOVE!
