Located in Bernalillo, NM, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals, allowing participants to build a nurturing community while receiving essential nutritional support. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, attendees can join as their schedules allow. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners currently training for their CNS certification, ensuring a professional and empathetic environment. While we focus on meal support, please note that this program is not intended for urgent care; individuals in crisis should reach out for immediate assistance through established crisis resources.
