This inclusive program offers resources in both English and Spanish, providing six informative e-booklets tailored to participants' needs, along with a monthly e-newsletter that shares seasonal tips and local community events. Participants also have the unique opportunity to join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can engage directly with ADA experts to address their diabetes-related questions, explore the connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways designed to support their journey.
